St. Francis Mountain View captured back-to-back Central Coast Section Division 2 boys titles, outlasting Willow Glen on a sixth-runner tiebreaker after the teams tied at 40-40. Shyam Kumar won the individual championship by covering the 2.95-mile Crystal Springs course in 15:18.3, with Colton Colonna second in 15:37.3, followed by Danny Skahill in eighth in 15:57.3, Naren Karur taking 15th in 16:12, Antonio Macabantad securing 17th in 16:14.7 and Daniel Griffin earning the tiebreaker by placing 26th in 16:49.7 ahead of Willow Glen's Matt Coleman in 29th in 16:56.1. Edwyn Castillo rounded out the performance for the Lancers by finishing 30th in 16:56.7.
