Rebecca Hasser, Kaitlyn Williams, Elena Kamas, Anisha Chandra, Teia Chou, Jillian O'Brien and Samantha Lieberman all placed in the top 45 in the Division 1 final to help Homestead CA capture its fourth consecutive title at the CIF Central Coast Section Championships with a 42-98 victory over Carlmont CA at Toro Park in Salinas, Calif. Hasser was second in 18:59.8 on the 3-mile course, with Williams taking fourth in 19:10.2 and Kamas placing fifth in 19:17.5.
